The article claims, "CSI, one of only two shows to spawn two
successful spin-offs, is an iconic series that reflects USA's
commitment to quality storytelling and unique characters."

I guess the other they're thinking of is "Law & Order" but they're not
the only two shows with two successful spin-offs. "All in the Family"
spun-off both "Maude" and "The Jeffersons". '"Happy Days" spun-off
"Laverne & Shirley" and "Mork & Mindy".

Okay, it's a stretch to credit "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" with both
"Rhoda" and "Lou Grant" but does "JAG" get credit for both "NCIS" and
"NCIS:LA" or just the former? Is it just US shows or can we count
"Doctor Who" giving us both "Torchwood" and "The Sarah Jane
Adventures"? And how do we credit all the "Star Trek" series?
