I don't see this as a comedy studio panel show. I see it as marriage
counseling via the Jay Leno/The View/Chelsea Lately style panel. Wife Swap
with one couple and inserted yuks. Yeah, they're not locked in a house, but
that strikes me as a technicality. Clearly, YMMV.

Part of my issue with the show is Seinfeld being an NBC suckup, when this show
is the only apparent reason he has to do so. Arguably his comments lately have
pissed on Conan, and indirectly on Jay. Another part is my perspective that
Seinfeld's efforts outside of stand-up have been lousy, with the obvious
exception of "Seinfeld".

Of course, you haven't seen it yet.

I'm not expecting anything great, but a comedy studio panel show is a
lot more appetizing to me than another locked-in-a-house reality comp.

It should be pointed out that Seinfeld is only an occasional panelist
on the show--standup Tom Papa is the actual host.
