You get 15 seconds per question. The browser isn't locked, but unless
you can type 120 WPM, there isn't much you can bounce to and from in
time to effectively cheat that way.

As soon as the test was complete, I remembered about three or four of
the answers I couldn't recall while under the time constraints. Then,
while typing out the questions, I remembered another two or three.
