It was. By 3:00 east they were back, with USA/Switzerland men's hockey. Service Electric probably wasn't to blame...they're generally very good with blackouts. This occurred in mid-event (USA/Germany curling). NCIS/SVU/other USA daytime shows have no reason to be blacked out here... unless they've suddenly added court shows... -- BOB -- TV or Not TV ....
