It is technically the fourth hour of the "Today" show. I'm sure
they've considered breaking off the hour as "Kathie Lee and
Hoda" (that's the heading on their show page on the "Today" site) and
I have a feeling there are many in News who would love to see it
happen, especially if Entertainment takes over production, but then it
would be rated as a daytime show, not a morning show. NBC just wants
one hour of daytime--"Days."
