YACS. As a side note, as much as I love the original "Iron Chef", it's hard to watch the first segment & change of the FLN airings because the production music they used to swap out the Backdraft score (as well as some other pieces) just doesn't fit (or doesn't measure up to the grandeur of the original piece). And that doesn't even account for the fact that Iron Chef Italian Kobe is played in by a sting ensemble, but the music playing isn't a string piece.
