To interpret this Family Guy episode insulting the Palin boy with Down's Syndrome, wouldn't you have to be assuming that the insult is taking the form of "your mother is Sarah Palin"? If you are Sarah Palin, or her daughter, or her supporter, wouldn't you want to interpret that as a compliment, and not an insult? I have worked a bit with families with Down's children - I have never ever met any parent who is as hair-trigger hypersensitive to insults or jokes as the Palins. -- TV or Not TV ....
