YACS - and if memory serves, the SIARPC segment is out of position in this particular episode because Clarkson did an extra-long interview with Leno. This was also the episode that, because of it's overly maudlin end package and it's place as the final episode in Series 13, spurred rumours that the BBC was cancelling the show.
