I fell asleep right before Palin came out, and I'm glad. However, I do
remember Leno singling her out for some light, if serious, criticism a
few weeks after she joined the McCain campaign. Jay was talking to a
guest (I forget who) about the campaign, and he said that he really
enjoyed having guests like Bill Bradley and Newt Gingrich because of
how much they live and breathe the game of politics - but then said
that he couldn't relate to Palin because she seemed too detached and
not interested in politics in the same way.

In any event, sounds like her interview turned out the way I expected
it to.
