I'm confused about this. Details of the sketch were in the liked news
article so the producers could run it past Cameron and see what he
thinks about it. The conceit that "he might be insulted" doesn't make
any sense - let him see what's in the sketch and ask him if he is
insulted. If he is, ask him if it's enough to make him leave the
ceremony, knowing that it makes him look thin skinned and someone who
can't take a joke.
