Leno started the week with a 74% advantage in total viewers, dropped to a
low of 31% advantage Thursday, finished with 53% advantage Friday.
Started with a 45% advantage in the demo, up to 60% on Palin Tuesday,
finished with a low of 33% advantage on Friday.
Looks like Tom Hanks helped Dave with total viewers on Thursday, but not as
much in the demo (against Farve and McConaughy on Leno).
Friday Matt Damon (on a 4 day delay probably) helped Dave in the demo, but
not as much in total viewers (against Morgan Freeman & Vieira)
Questions for Leno viewers: Did Vieira talk about the 1 year extension of
her contract (and if so, did she say why it was only 1 year?). And did Leno
ask McConaughy about Damon's impression of him (Dave always has fun with
Damon on that).
