CBS will slip prime (including "60 Minutes") up until 7:55pm, at which
point, "Cold Case" gets the heave-ho in the east and central, and
60/TAR/Boss would air at approximately 8/9/10 eastern.  Mountain and
west would get a "standby/PSA" episode of "Cold Case".

They're also set up for "multiple network capability", which means the
potential exists for basketball coverage to be ended for the majority
of the country while one long-running game of local interest continues
in certain markets.  (The procedures e-mail doesn't go into any detail
regarding which games/markets or rationale for dropping out of
coverage; just sez they can if they have to...)
