Yes, and you may recall, at the time, Ailes was in preparations to launch the "America's Talking" (or "AT") cable network for NBC's cable division. The channel would ultimately get the heave-ho, causing Ailes to wander over to work on a cable network for Fox. Ah, the incestuous nature of television. Hang your hat on whatever bedpost suits your fancy, bounce from bed to bed, carving notches on headboards... sorry... the metaphor got the better of my there.
