But I applaud the Tea Party Movement for this preliminary step towards calling for greater civility in the discourse; I don't even insist on a review of the record to see "who started it" or who has been worse - if they now want to go on record as condemning all discourse that uses language as negative (or worse) as calling people mentally retarded, then I welcome it, and hope we can hold them to it. -- TV or Not TV ....
