I gather the production company didn't supply you with a script. Otherwise, when "Alan" said "Chief Stone," the caption wouldn't have read "Chiefster." The most extreme oops was courtesy of Stephen McHattie's grumbly Boston accent -- when his Captain Healy said "Detritus," the closest your transcriber could get was "The traitors."
