I am a huge Big Bang Theory diehard. It's the one show I watch close
to live every week on our TiVo.

That being said, I will tell you that I am becoming more and more
irritated at the way the writing staff treats any female character not
named Penny. From Sara Gilbert to Melissa Rauch (and simply dumping
her character as a side bar in the middle of another episode), I'm
just reaching the point where every time I see a female character, I
instinctively cringe. The Plimpton Stimulation was a great example:
turning Judy Greer's character into a slut in the final act was farce
turned absurd.

I'm not going to give up on the show, but it becomes just a little
harder to buy into it.
