It should be Dean Cain, not "McCain".
As for Tim Vincent -- he is Welsh-born, but currently resides stateside. He
previously reported for "Access Hollywood," and presented NBC's "Phenomenon"
(aka "America's Next Mentalist") and a week's worth of syndie "Millionaire"
in Meredith's stead in 2007.
