Requiring doctors to have a license to practice medicine would seem to be a beneficial idea. Requiring drivers to have a license to use public roads would seem equally beneficial. Requiring someone to have some sort of credentials to be called a journalist doesn't seem a bad idea. It doesn't deny any freedoms, but it helps to clarify to whom those freedoms are applicable. -- Kevin M. (RPCV) -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
