Was this the episode where Stan has his brain switched with his racehorse in order to win a big race after he inadvertently spooks said horse with too much...shall we say...animal husbandry? If so, I don't understand the big deal. You never see The Act. It's only mentioned briefly. Hell, it probably wasn't the most offensive thing in the episode.
