Although the test run for Bill Cunningham's TV talk show for Tribune Broadcasting bombed a few weeks ago on the Trib-owned stations where it ran (except for his hometown of Cincinnati), the Trib is barreling onward for a September 2011 premiere (after Oprah leaves)--Cunningham says that he won't play the political card on more mass appeal TV and hints that he won't do the sort of sleaziness that former Springer showrunner Richard Dominick (egged on by Trib CEO Randy Michaels) had him do in the test shows:
