Speaking as an under-30, I can't remember the last time I watched
anything on USA regularly since the days when they had a block of game
show reruns on in the afternoon during the early 90s. (Ah, "Press Your
Luck"... Bright colors, flashing lights, and occasional cartoon. How
great for the kid who'd just spent all day being understimulated in
school.) I do know a few people around my age who watch(ed) Psych
and/or Monk, but that's about it.

However, I don't think that the under-30 set sees much of a difference
between broadcast and non-broadcast TV because we've grown up in the
days of ubiquitous cable/satellite and DVR/online viewing penetration
is getting pretty high, so it doesn't matter much to us that the shows
that we might be watching are on "niche" networks or "bad" timeslots.
Personally, if I'm in the mood to watch TV but don't have anything
specific in mind, broadcast TV doesn't even enter my channel surfing.
My first choice is something on the DVR, then Olbermann/Maddow, the
ESPNs, HBO, and then the niche networks (Food, Discovery, Science,
History, SciFi, etc.)
