In an "open letter" on the web site of Pacifica's KPFT Houston, the GM and PD offer the volunteer DJs of Rice University's KTRU (about to be acquired by the University of Houston and turned into an NPR classical station) a home at their soon-to-relaunch HD-2 subchannel:
