Mykalai Kontilai, the former manager of mixed martial arts fighters and producer of instructional TV who now owns "The Nightly Business Report" (although WPBT Miami will continue to produce the long-running PBS newscast), has had to go to court to defend himself at least once a year for the last two decades--five of those times for breach of contract:
