Last week in Deep Ellum, we had a film crew on the pavement filming
outside a fake coffeehouse put together in a building just across the
street from a real coffeehouse with plenty of patrons who were upset
that the "Chase" crew wasn't using their favorite beanery on screen.
That is, until they found out that the "Chase" folks were going to
blow it up real good.
