I was sick last night, and found myself awake at 2:30, so I watched much of it from then until I had to get up at 7:00 to get ready for work, and then saw the rest when I had a break around lunch time. I had a few questions: 1. I appreciate that NBC moved the whole thing to USA, rather than showing 3 hours on NBC before the Today Show or something and then moving it to a cable partner. This made recording it much easier. 2. It seemed like there were more commercial breaks becaue it was on USA, compared to when it is on NBC. Is that possible? 3. As much as Bob and no doubt others like to watch or record drama reruns on USA overnight, I assume USA got much higher ratings with the Ryder Cup than it would have gotten with Law and Order. Who gets that extra revenue - NBC or USA? 4. Right before the Ryder Cup intro started, there was a half a second of the Law And Order title card. How does a mistake like that happen? -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People! You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TV or Not TV" group.
