On my local feed of Fox Sports*, it appears that he'll replace
2x30-minute highlight shows that are tape delayed from the night
before (they don't even try to be interesting, much less replicate
SC's distinctive brand of attempted humor, so I can't really call them
a clone) and two hours of paid programming.

* - Zap2It calls it "Fox Sports Southwest (Austin)". It seems like Fox
pretty much operates a single network for all of Texas 90% of the
time, but there are a ton of minor variations for which pro teams are
the "home" team in the area. My college town had two competing cable
companies which picked up different feeds, and my friends and I would
sometimes end up with different NBA games from each other because one
feed would show the Rockets in preference to the Spurs and the other
feed would do the opposite.
