Nah, TAR is still doing well. The fall season doesn't win its timeslot like the spring season because TAR is up against Sunday Night Football in the fall. It also doesn't help that it also has to deal with baseball playoff games on Fox and TBS, too.
Still their ratings high for the season was last week with around 12 million viewers. This show will continue to do well for CBS for a long time.
