The long-running NBC reality comp, like most location reality shows, uses non-union crews and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees is striking the show's location, with most crew members joining--when replacement workers came on the set Monday, there were some shouts of "SCABS!" and some banging on cars, but they still made it in (the producers, Lis Murdoch's ReveilleShine and former "Fun House" host JD Roth's 3Ball, say that they don't have a full crew and that most of Monday's footage will probably be unusable):
