Through a procedural matter, the House voted 239-171 to move ahead on
a teleworking without a clause that would ban public radio stations
from using federal money to buy NPR programming:

Of course, this is the lame duck session and when the teabaggers are
all in in January, they'll try this again, unless something else is
distracting them and they've forgotten Juan Williams.  I guess the
teabaggers there aren't enough radio stations with today's lite rock
with less talk or today's hot new country.
