Probably one of the first location-shoot reality shows to have an union crew--during the two week strike, even though scabs were brought in, host Alison Sweeney and trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels refused to cross the picket lines and raised money for the striking workers (including auctioning off training sessions with the trainers and lunch with Sweeney):
