Level 3, who provides Internet connectivity to Netflix for their streaming video, has filed a complaint with the FCC, saying that Comcast wants the company to pay to deliver their content to users. The FCC says they'll look into it. Comcast says it's a “simple commercial dispute.” They did not add, "I mean, that's some fine content there. It'd be a shame if someone was to disrupt it."
