Comcast SportsNet California has been off of the satellite service since Nov. 24 after an arbitrator ruled in favor of Dish--both sides are now appealing to the FCC and the result could affect carriage on Dish of Comcast's other regional sports channels (and how Xfinity-Town could be handling renewals of NBC affiliates and cable networks once they takeover NBC):
