Despite all of the hoo-hah over NPR firing Juan "Uncle Tom" Williams for his statements about profiling terrorists to Massa Billo the Clown at his other job at Fixed Noise, many NPR stations are reporting record pledge drives or at least better than expected results, proving either listeners are energized over the teabaggers' huffing and puffing over government funding of public broadcasting--or that they never cared for "Uncle Tom" Williams that much in the first place:
