There have been a few friendly visits back and forth between rivals -
Conan and the Comedy Central boys especially. And Kevin is spot-on
about the Leno-Kimmel thing. But I doubt there's been anything quite
as intricate and coordinated between two hosts in the same exact  same
timeslot on opposite broadcast nets as the Craig-Jimmy shenanigans.
