The folks at Pagetable compared the video quality of a Futurama episode from various sites -- Hulu, iTunes, Zune, Amazon, comparing it to the DVD (original format NTSC, and PAL), and from various encodings shared via Bittorrent. After the NTSC DVD, the best quality came from Zune followed by the PAL. Hulu managed to come in worse than everyone else -- including all of the Bittorrent downloads, while iTunes and Amazon sat in the middle.
