Tribune Broadcasting's attempt to make a TV talk show host out of Cincy radio teabagger Bill Cunningham is going full speed ahead, with NBC Universal brought in as co-producer and syndicator and the production home moved from Trib flagship WGN in Chicago (where four test shows were taped last summer and subsequently bombed on Trib- owned stations) to the Connecticut studios where the Springer, Wilkos and Povich shows are taped (and with Povich's showrunner replacing former "Springer" showrunner Richard Dominick)--right now, they have picked up stations outside the Trib group (and the Local TV LLC stations owned by former Trib CEO and Cunningham's former radio boss at Clear Channel Randy Michaels) and "The Bill Cunningham Show" (not "Big Willie," as some of the test shows were titled) is the only other syndicated talker scheduled for the fall besides Anderson Cooper and the Brit equivalent of Springer Jeremy Kyle:
