Guess I should have figured it was an inside job. Aside from the cell-phone 
recording method, the quality seems a little too good for it to be a home-taped 
copy that someone happened to have -- and couple that with the fact that it's 
from a portion of "Today" that almost all affiliates replace with local news, 
which makes it even more unlikely to have been a home recording.
