Mark Jeffries mentioned 4Kids in the email thread about ABC Daytime quiting soaps, which reminded me that 4Kids filed for Chapter 11 protection because they probably owe everybody money. TV Tokyo and Nihon Ad Systems have sued them alleging that various deals were made to hide from them the profits 4Kids was making over the various animated shows they relicensed from other companies.
