I just watched the clip on Hulu and I'd say the first clip, which is
his first segment with Leno, is worth the 5 minutes it will take to
watch it. He didn't do standup as he was there to promote a new book
about his family. After talking about his canceled show the panel went
(through the second segment) into a routine where Leno would ask
leading questions and Reiser would respond with material.

Reiser wasn't resentful about losing the show. He said it was show
business and you can't take it personally and it sounds like whatever
checks were written to him have already cleared.
