Sounds like "Psych" with a female in the lead role. I remember Poppy
from the short lived UPN series "The Beat," a cop show from the folks
behind "Homicide Life on the Street" that was better than
advertised... Detective Munch even made an appearance.

I'll check out the show, but something tells me Dave Foley is taking
the gig to pay off his child support and finally move back to his
native Canada without being tossed in jail.

Not sure why CBS is moving Rules to Saturday. All I can guess is they
took a largely unimportant property and moved it to see if DVD, DVR,
and online revenue are collectively enough to justify production of a
series.
