My son and I have pretty much resigned ourselves to waiting for Dr. Who to come out on Netflix, and then having a marathon viewing session. I have not even bothered trying to watch them on BBCA, because I found watching Life on Mars so intolerable with all their freakin commercial breaks, and lost minutes of content.
I notice that BBCA is stripping the episodes from the current season so far today, and we can record the complete set starting at 6:00 (Pacific Time). We are jonesing for the Doctor, and are sorely tempted. Can anyone tell me how much content we are likely to miss due to the commercials? Would we be better off just showing some discipline and waiting until we can watch them on DVD? Also, the wikis say that episode 6 "Almost People" is supposed to be shown today, May 28, but BBCA does not seem to be showing that - is BBCA behind this schedule somehow? -- TV or Not TV ....
