I know, but I've never been able to get into Who. And I believe I've tried. I have to lump the entire Doctor Who franchise into the same category as Joss Whedon's work, inasmuch as based on the typical demographics I should love it but I just don't. I know the shows are generally well produced and have resulted in iconic characters, but they just aren't my cup of Darjeeling. And, yeah, I've never enjoyed the work of Tolkien, or any adaptation of said work, but that is more of a genre thing than anything else. Fantasy doesn't appeal to me, with few exception (The Princess Bride). It is always taken as a given that those who like science fiction must also like fantasy, and I don't believe that to be true. -- Kevin M. (RPCV) -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
