Now that their latest version of webmail is out of beta, they trap people who switch away from the classic design (victim: moi), and to boot many classic users (ex: Dad J) are getting 'operation aborted' errors which for now only result in a bonked ad-banner, but I'll bet will soon escalate to outright no-page-at-all sitches... veiled threats to upgrade-or-else, IMO... whatever live help they offer are expectedly being swamped...
