Same thing on tonight's SCG - cold open (which seemed to run a little short again), full opening titles, 'tonight's guests' and sponsor billboard, commercial break, last 8 bars or so of the title sequence (from "Tomorrow is your future yesterday"), then full monologue. Maybe act 2 (tweets & emails) has been running long?
