It's worth noting that this is for radio and not TV. But I had a play with it during the first semi-final today and it was very effective (that was before Nadal beat Murray and we Brits all lost interest in Wimbledon again).
As it happens I had a meeting with the guy at the BBC who put this into place today and he said they'd take learnings from it to improve their sound mix in the future.
