ABC has turned ownership of "AMC" and "OLTL" over to Prospect Park, a
production company headed by former Disney boss Rich Frank ("Royal
Pains" on USA and the Americanization of "Wilfred" for FX), who says
that they will continue the long-running soaps in an online platform
in the same hour-long format and with the same production values as
the shows currently have on OTA TV (somehow, I don't see Susan Lucci
and Erika Slezak taking pay cuts):

And needless to say, the deluded fans who think the shows are still
pulling 10M viewers a day are still bitching.
