Something I discovered last week while trolling around the nasa.gov website is that the bulk of their videos and related multimedia is available for download (including POV camera angles you don't normally see on TV). And a friend of a friend on Google+ tipped me off to their terms of service, which basically grants permission for fans to edit the videos and post them. -- TV or Not TV ....
