Well, I am aware that pre-"Today" local shows on the affils are starting earlier and earlier, in the bigger cities anyhoo, but unless something of national importance is coming out of a significant number of those cities, or an all-night story like unrest in a foreign city is hot, I couldn't see having any anchor up that early either.
