Keep in mind, this is not a group of oversensitives from some Islamic anti-defamation league, this is a web site for actual terrorists dedicated to killing those they perceive as enemies to their faith. I think there is a difference between not making a joke because you are afraid of offending religious extremists (Dave did not do that, he makes jokes like that all the time), and not making a joke because you are afraid of exacerbating homicidal maniacs who had already threatened specifically to kill you (and of course, he does have a wife and young child). I don't know, maybe Dave will make fun of these guys when he gets back, but I wouldn't be surprised or offended if he decided not to. My philosophy would be to make jokes about Rick (we-hang-federal-officials-high-in-Texas) Perry right up until the point that he posts an order on his website for his followers to shoot you. -- TV or Not TV ....
