I am time shifting NBC's coverage of the Deutsche Bank tournament this Labor Day (my son and I celebrated by doing a low of manly work whacking weeds and cleaning up the back yard). Ii just got to where Jimmy Roberts did a sports break for them giving Baseball highlights, and when he got to the Tigers game, with a monster home run, he put the exclamation mark on it by saying: "look where this one lands - holy shit!" Except he caught himself somewhere mid vowel, took a beat, and ended, "holy cow". Roberts is not the kind to fool around on stuff like that - maybe they are having a few beers on the holiday Monday. I was only half paying attention (God, is golf boring without Tiger. Yes, I know most people think Golf is boring even with Tiger, but I find a huge difference).
